Larry Kudlow interviewed Ron Paul on CNBC about 2 weeks ago:

I think this was quite an impressive interview. Kudlow is an economist. I think it’s evident that Kudlow can see that Ron Paul gets it. Could you imagine any of the other candidates having such an interview on the topic of our economy? Would Kudlow even be able to ask them those questions? Here’s how I think it could go:

Kudlow: “How would you handle the sub-prime mortgage problem and the stock market turbulence over it?”

Other Republican candidates: “We need to hunt down the terrorists and kill them. It must be related. Also, if we could just invade Iran, all of this sub-prime talk would just go away.”

Democratic candidates: “We need the fed to print more money so that we can buy a home for every American. Also, we might want to consider setting a limit on the number of homes people can own. It’s greed causing this problem.”
